Before a microneedling session, avoid exfoliation such as scrubs or acid-based products for at least one week. It is also recommended to avoid sun exposure and refrain from using irritating topical products for at least 48 hours prior to treatment.

Chemical peels involve applying a solution to the skin that exfoliates and eventually peels off, revealing smoother and healthier skin underneath. They can help reduce fine lines, sun damage, acne scars, hyperpigmentation, and improve overall skin texture.

Before a chemical peel, avoid all forms of exfoliation for at least one week, including scrubs and chemical exfoliants. Inform your skincare professional about any medications you are taking, as they may affect how your skin responds to the treatment.
